Ray was on time and completed the maintenance check of the double garage doors very quickly. While I was glad he found that everything was in good shape, the $178 charges were hard to swallow for less than 30 minutes of service time. I know your flat fee is not time based but I am less likely to have you come out annually at that high price. Great service! Nick L. was my technician and he was very efficient, knowledgeable on installation and very polite. After everything was installed he walked me through the working of everything and even oiled my existing springs & cable. He cleaned up the area & removed all the old parts. I will be using this company for any future garage needs.

Ray was able to fix my broken garage door within 48 hours of the first call. We had already talked about replacing our old opener, so I asked about what they had available. He had a new opener with modern features available to install, and there was no pressure to do it on that visit, but we decided to go ahead with it. He serviced our aging rollers and track that probably hadn't been touched for a decade. Friendly, answered all my questions, and cleaned up completely.
