Ellen was so wonderful in helping me find a pair of shoes to help me get through pregnancy comfortably! Very patient with my needs and was super low pressure, which I really appreciated! Schuler has a great selection of shoes!

Great customer service and choices of shoes for even my extra wide high arched feet. Staff even suggested how to get a sale shoe that I was trying from another store in my perfect size. Text the next day when it came in! Kids shoes, clearance room, dress shoes, active shoes and sandals. Quality is great!

I want to give my greatest compliments to Linda for helping me find the perfect black wedge Dansko sandal on July 3rd. There was a big sale going on, yet she was kind even though I had smelly feet and wasn't planning on shoe shopping that day. I was desperate and had an event where I needed dressy sandals that I could speedwalk miles in without sacrificing style. I am beyond thankful for you, Linda!

The store itself is nice, lots of high quality shoes to choose from. Some of the staff are borderline unprofessional. The person who helped me seemed very annoyed as they tossed the boxes of shoes around and then doubted me when I asked for a larger pair of shoes since I have 'extremely wide feet'.

Great shoes for my bunions! However, the associates at this location seem to avoid greeting me each time I’ve stopped by. It’s hard not to notice all of the other customers being acknowledged while the staff walks right by me. The only time I am spoken to is when I happen to be with my partner who is Caucasian. Please be more inclusive and at least say hello to all of your guests!
