I went at the end of October to request a modification to my health policy. It was about unsubscribing as a beneficiary since they invited me to leave, informing me that in 2023 my premium alone would go from €93 to €147, for turning 65, while keeping the rest of the beneficiaries active.
The person assisting me tells me that my policy belongs to a group, and the colleague who drives buses had left.
He takes all my information and tells me "don't worry, I'll call you."
After 10 days, of course no one called, so I phoned several times for a couple of days, but no one answered.
I decided to call customer service, they gave me another phone number because my request was made by the cancellation department.
I transferred the issue there and since they put many obstacles in my way, I have requested the total cancellation of the policy and another dental policy, which they did not even try to retain.
Pathetic service, it's funny how to hire they put themselves at your disposal and servants, once inside, everything is problems and to unsubscribe I won't even tell you, unless the decision is unilateral on their part, they send you a communication of non-renewal and there you stay.
I don't understand how they let two policies of more than €3000 per year in premiums be lost, with almost no use of medical services, just for mediocre care.
They look in your ear, they tell you that you have nothing, 6 visits and no proof. I haven't heard for 1 year, the worst clinic I've ever been to in my life.
They don't authorize me for a test. I'm going to get my report so I can take the test at my own expense...and it's not there...they tell me they will send it to me the next day by email along with an explanation of why they won't authorize the test...but the email does not arrive....better customer service in this office!!..A little empathy is missing....
Plus they don't answer the phone...you have to go in person and you find that the person who is supposed to help you is available and with his personal cell phone...it gives a very bad image THE TRUTH
Very central office. It has very good communications. Tram stop right next door. The attention is tremendous. The facilities are new and modern. Quiet atmosphere. You can carry out any procedure, take out insurance, get informed. I give it an 11.
