Such a messy store. They arr remodeling but nothing is were it supposed to be. Please finish quicker.

Nice personnel, helpful and kind from the guys at the parking lot to the cashiers. You have to pay a small fee for parking just $5 pesos per 2 hours, which I consider right. I found what I needed, the brands that I like.

It's a more pleasant place to shop now that human shopping rights are respected, now that no one screens your cart.

I spend $1200.00 US Dollars and they have the audacity to charge me for parking. Parking should be free for your customers.

Horrible customer service! Always treat my mother very bad, I think just because she is white and everytime tell her that she can't use my credit card (often same cashier's!!!) and that I have to be present at the same time they don't let both of us in!!!! They say that if we both want to come in then I will have to buy another membership beside my family one and then I can come in too! What in the world is that! Walmart let's as many people of family come in and Sams is part of Walmart, Sams in Gomez they don't have any limitations on how many people can come in! Only the retarded Torreon! Lately added a 20 pesos parking plumas, the parking lot is horrible without any shade! Nightmare store if put it shortly in terms of customer service by employees and the management! You wanted less customers you got it!
