The most horrible and abusive hotel. I came to the Tecate north event. They welcomed me and the next day they told me that my stay would cost $5500 PER NIGHT!!!! It seems to me to be one of the lowest and most abusive. Since one comes to Monterrey to enjoy, not to make fun of the situation. The food was terrible, they sold me a vile maruchan as "ramen" a RIDDLE

More than 1 hour to give a room, there are only 3 chambermaids, they cannot cope if there is a room available, what there is not is chambermaids to clean quickly, otherwise everything is very good

NO It offers security, yesterday 3 guys entered the room, the cleaning people let them in, they knocked on the door asking us to let them in, they identified themselves as ministerial, the truth is we thought between assault, kidnapping, etc. a horrible experience. In the end they only came in to look for someone, which did not cause a big scare for which the hotel did not call the room to give us an apology. IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE I will not go again.
