I have been a long time customer. I have bought steel toed work boots from them for the last 15 years. They no longer carry the boots I want. I was told I would be contacted about ordering. I waited two weeks and never heard anything. I understand that they chose not to carry the brands that I want but the reason I have always come back has been the personal service. That seems to be gone now.

Not sure what happened to this place. I see all the great reviews but they must been years ago. This place has ZERO INVENTORY. Lots of shoes on the wall, but they only stock one or two sizes if they even have them at all. Its pitiful. They have a contract to supply shoes to Kohler but last time we ordered the shoes never came in after 8 WEEKS!! No tracking, no phone calls, no nothing. Poor guy working there tried his best to help us but guess what? No inventory of the sizes we needed. They can "order the shoes for you" but what good is that? I could have saved the four trips we made and just bought online the first time. If you are in need of work/outdoor shoes go to Academy or Shoe Station. At least they actually sell shoes at those stores. Absolutely pitiful .

Well these people are like a dealership, when you first walk in they are greeting you and saying can I help you? After you make the purchase and something goes wrong with shoes it like we got the money.. WHAT Do YOU want? You call and call will not answer or say we will call you back and never return the call. It's crazy!!!! I advise anyone to let sack be the LAST option.

Great experience. Took their recommendation on boots for best price I could find. Had slight comfort issue within the first few weeks with one of the boots - they got with manufacturer and swapped out no hassle. Will be doing business here again.

customer service is like no other that I have found any where in this great city. go down town and make a special trip to this place. Aaron and his staff makes you feel like you belong. it's really a great place to to shop for shoes and their selections of boots just can't be beat... tell them Mike sent you.
