Terrible service, put a box for those who come to do a single procedure, how horrible it is to be there from 9 am and pass until they are going to close

Definitely lousy service! The appointments from the app are useless because when you arrive you wait in line for 2 hours and when you arrive at the door they tell you that your appointment has expired. Evidently!! A very dirty place with very bad attention very little parking etc. lousy lousy lousy!!

Their priority is them and not the customers, they look at the people outside and say there are a lot of people but with an arrogant and annoyed voice, they go out to eat without leaving any relief and it takes 2 or even more time. Terrible service
