Very bad attitude. The service is very poor. And there's racism. The manager of the store behaved badly. We were in the store getting ready to buy shoes and didn't try them on when we bought four pairs of shoes. When it was time to pay, we mentioned that we didn't want a shoe box, which was more convenient for us. And hold a baby. The manager said: You can't do without the shoebox. We have nowhere to put it. We compromised. We agreed to take the shoe box away. But we wanted to pay and put the shoes in the bag and take them away. We take the shoebox ourselves. was rejected. The manager's attitude was very poor. He's almost insane. The attitude is very bad and vicious. I have never been treated like this in a store. We are consumers. Why can't it be convenient for us? We're not saying no to shoeboxes. This manager serves guests like this. Terrible!

We bought a pair of tennis shoes & sandals here & they accepted our manufacturers coupons. We would definitely return to this location again in the future.

I was planning a surprise weekend for my Fiance, and to plan it out I was helped my Ciara and Brookly (managers at SKECHERS) in the Christiana Mall. I did a makeshift scavenger hunt for her to find roses. I picked 3 different businesses to place the roses where my Fiance would have an idea where our special weekend would be. It was a great weekend and I wanted to say I appreciate Ciara and Brooklyn for helping me with my special weekend and knowing how surprised when she got her rose. This was 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Service R. This place is great. You don't get hassled yet the employees are paying attention to help you quickly. Some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! Great deals on the second pair!
