I took my car to have it serviced and they told me that the antifreeze pump was failing, but they did not change the antifreeze nor did they give me the bottle of antifreeze and yet they did charge me for it since they include it in the service costs Although they are kind when it comes to providing the service, I did not like the detail that they did not change the antifreeze
We left our truck for service, we forgot to take out a fanny pack where there were headphones, when they delivered it to us the headphones were no longer inside the fanny pack.
Terrible service, everyone is rude, and no one helps you from the reception to the Manager who is supposed to provide good Service, terrible! Zero recommendable If I had previously planned to buy another SEAT because of people like that, I will not return to the brand!
The service is terrible, the director Edgar is a super liar! He did the paperwork without informing the person, he agreed to deliver the car in days and that's not the case, he lies to get the deposit! All terrible service, in all the seat agencies the attention is horrible! But in this one they really missed my purchase, instead of being something special, it became a martyrdom. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT 🙂
