The work was great. The car was returned detailed and looked amazing. What keeps me from a 5 star review is this: I brought the car in, got an estimate, scheduled a repair time and brought the car in only to receive a call while the car was in the shop explaining that it will cost more. Not just a little more but 40% more. Since the total was on par with a quote from another shop I just had them complete the work.
Great customer service and great work! Getting an estimate was so simple. Lisa kept me updated throughout the repairs and they were done in a reasonable time! This was the first time I have ever had to take my car in for repairs and I’m so happy I chose S&S!
My car had gotten side swiped and I went to S&S to get my repairs. There were some delays on parts and labor due to COVID but they were really good with communication and updating me. The end result looks amazing! They worked well with my insurance. Would go back again!
I highly recommend S&S! Not only were they fast, reliable, and affordable... but the General Manager, Megan, was absolutely wonderful to work with! The customer service that I received was unmatched. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you again to your whole team!! :)
I contacted S&S Paint & Body to get an obnoxious dealership sticker removed and spoke with Kevin who was very friendly and professional. He told me swing on by and he'll see if it's something he can remove. After taking a look at it, he took the vehicle in and had it removed within a couple of minutes without leaving any sticky residue or scratches behind. I tried to pay and/or tip him for the quick service and he refused since it was so quick and easy. Thank you so much, Kevin! I will be returning for all of my vehicle detailing needs.
