Went in to the store a few weeks ago. Seemed very fancy and like somewhere I didn’t belong. However, staff was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made me feel welcomed! They didn’t have the color I wanted so they ordered them and sent them to my house. I will definitely go back!!!

Very good selection, good staff, and a very nice and well-designed shop. I came here to buy shoes and get a fitting today and the employee I dealt with was great. After giving the shoes that I purchased a go this afternoon, I am extremely happy with my purchase. These are the most comfortable and best exercise shoes I have owned. I will definitely be back for my next pair. One minor critique is that I think staff during a fitting should ask the customer which style of shoes they would be interested in trying out/purchasing. There were some pairs I tried on that I wouldn't have really considered buying just based on the look/design of the shoes. To be fair I never really made it clear to the employee that I was interested in more than the just the fit of the shoe.

This is the place to go for personalized service regarding running shoes. In future we hope to see the return/refund policy clearly displayed and the salesman taking initiative to point it out at the time of purchase. The owner takes pride in resolving concerns and everyone here has passion for their work. Great shop!

Beyond impressed with their knowledge and service after the sale. I recently bought a pair of Brooks shoes to help with my aching feet caused by my current cheap shoes. They helped scan my feet and after describing what I needed in a shoe guided me to the Ghost 15. After two weeks there was some abnormal wear on one shoe. They were surprised by the wear so soon but exchanged them for a different pair. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you so much for all of your help and getting me into a comfortable shoe!

What an experience! They took me through a process to help me figure out what type of shoe would best fit me. Seriously brought me out 10 different shoes, because I am so picky. The gentleman that helped me was so kind and patient and helped me find the PERFECT pair of shoes. 10/10 would recommend shopping there. Will definitely go back.
