Having an Ace inside of the grocery store makes trips to the hardware store easier. They have some of everything from lawn care to plumbing to paint supplies. There are dedicated Ace employees in this section of the store. Checkout is at the regular grocery registers.
Dropped my Blower off on a Saturday for a tune up. I was told I would hear something by Sunday. It's Wednesday and I haven't heard from anyone. I call and speak with a guy in Ace that offered no help or explanation as to when I'd hear from anyone. I even had to ask him if he would leave a message for the mechanic to call me. He said he would be in until Thursday at 3pm. He acted aggravated by my call and reluctantly took my name. I'm tired of this place and the lack of respect and interest they show their customers. It's Rouses now. Down hill since Rouses bought LeBlanc's. I get the same service at Walmart. I'd rather pay less for same service. Teach your people customer service and you will win customers for a life time. Don't, and they will treat you and your store as good as you treated them.
Should have known not to bring my Stihl chainsaw for repair at a grocery store where the product couldn't be started to verify functionality. Not worth bringing back to them only to have to go pick up again. I'll go somewhere else but let Stihl know.

Three visits. Products found on website were not available in store. A refund was handled well.
