Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors

I had my old windows replaced with new Low E ones. Rocky Mountain installed 15 windows and a sliding glass door while I was gone on vacation. I got a good price and the installation came of without any problems. Everything was done on schedule and as promised. Had one minor issue months later and they came out right away and corrected it at no charge. I very much recommend this company.

Rocky mountain windows and doors came to replace a basement window that was broken by an errant soccer ball. Because the window was broken there was glass shards falling from the frame. The two gentlemen there for the repair were very careful to keep glass from falling on the carpet and were able to do most of the repair outside at their truck. They were also careful to keep their shoes covered so as not to track dirt in my house. They were both very friendly and personable and they did a great job on the repair. I'm very happy with our new window. Now I just need to keep the soccer balls out of the house!

I’ve had a long term working relationship with this company and I really enjoy working with them. They are a great resource and incredibly reliable. If you have questions about windows or doors, they can get you the answers. I definitely recommend them!

Poor communication. I dropped off information about some doors I wanted to order. I followed up about a week later and was told the salesman was behind and would be in contact with me. I followed up another week and a half later and was told the salesman was still behind. Other door shops had told me there would be a 6 week lead time. I was a little over 3 weeks waiting for a quote from Rocky Mountain. That’s half the wait for an order from another shop and I still don’t have a quote. Thankfully I have received quotes from other providers. I won’t waste my time with this company ever again and neither should you.

I’ve worked with Rocky Mountain Windows and Doors for many years. I consider them the best window and door company in the industry. Highly recommend them.
