River Valley Montessori

I have been working at RVM for just over a year. In that time, the support I feel has surpassed any other places I have worked! Since I started, I have written and am teaching a kindergarten prep program that helps prepare children for kindergarten. I have also moved from lead teacher to team lead. I love both the children I teach, and the people I work with!

Working for RVM has really helped me grow as an individual and realize my potential as a Toddler Teacher. The staff is always welcoming and willing to help when needed. Overall fun environment!

The staff here is the best in the business! They know everything about our children's daily routines, personalities, development, and needs. They go above and beyond to keep our children safe, communicate with us, and help us feel 100% comfortable entrusting our kiddos to their care. They also treat their staff very well and it shows in how happy the environment is, how invested they are in our children's lives, and that the only staff turnover they have is when teachers are promoted within the company!

River Valley Montessori is a clean, inviting, professional establishment. The teachers are the best of the best, I can’t recommend it enough!

From infant to pre-k we have loved RVM! The staff is truely amazing, so caring, you can tell they love what they do. Wonderful mix of play and learning - our kids were SO happy there! Great facility, very clean. Teachers/Director keep us updated and are so welcoming. Highly recommend!!
