As the Quality Care Supervisor I personally do an extensive background check on each potential employee and ongoing for the entire care team. We look for the perfect match of caregivers for each client. It has been my job since joining the office of Right at Home St. Charles to ensure the highest means of satisfaction for rewarding careers and personal experience. I am an employee with Right at Home, and ever since I have started working with the company I have met some of the best people, including management, care staff and clients. The managers are not only considerate and extremely helpful when you have a concern about a work related issue, but also take time to ask how you are doing individually. It definitely feels more like a team and a family then just a work force! This team gives true, compassionate care to their clients, because that’s what the main focus of every decision is made on! With our mother in a skilled nursing facility, I never thought we would have a need for home caregivers. Until we did. We made the decision to move mom out on a Sunday night and she was in our home by Thursday. We wanted to find exceptional, reliable, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable caregivers. What we found with Right At Home has been so much more! Everyone is all of these things and they listen to our needs and want us satisfied! I have truly appreciated all the care & attention that Right at Home has given. Mary Kate, one of their caregiver bosses, has been very helpful keeping in touch & contact even when I had to go to the hospital. Even 1 of my personal caregivers stayed in daily contact during my last hospitalization. It definitely brighten each day to hear from both of them. Right at Home's caregivers are very good at doing whatever I've tasked them with. Even the owners have checked in. I would recommend them to everyone.
