I took my car to get my bumper replaced and when I tell you they went above and beyond. They cleaned my car too and it felt like I was driving a new vehicle when they got done. I originally thought I was gonna have to pay extra because I left my car there for a few extra days because I gave them the wrong phone number but they were understanding. 10/10 would recommend and to my knowledge they didn’t overprice me. Thank you guys!

Josh and his team took great care and pride on my 08 Tundra when it got smashed on one of its sides by a tree and the other side by a trailer. I wouldn’t trust just anyone with my custom paint job. I knew it was going to be tricky to match the paint not only because of the custom fade but also due to the age of my truck. Pictures says a thousand words. Check my before and after pictures out. Let them take care of your special vehicle repair, you will be pleased.

So dissatisfied that I can't even rationally display how I feel, the short not every detailed version is I have full coverage and yesterday I was in a accident. My insurance adjuster asked if I had preference of a body shop I said no they sent to their preferred provider which was right way two weeks later I called thinking that you know minor collisions were 7 to 10 days national average return time they had not even put my vehicle on the rack to come up with a damage report what needed to be done at that time at 4 weeks they had ordered another rear end at 6 weeks they were going to order a brand new rear end and I don't have none available in the United States are three manufactured rebuild so they just as you have full coverage insurance on your vehicle gets put back together with parts less subpar than what it went in with meaning my shocks were not rusted in used they did not have a crack in the tail light lens that they've replaced as in the picture you can see from the original damage this minor damage repair here took a total of from November 8/7 great to January 4th 60 days not wants to do body shop call us in and give us a timeline at week 2 when I called they couldn't give us a defective time light at week 4 will have her next Friday at 5 next Friday 6 next Friday lack of communication from the end was unbelievable until we had to myself had to go in and address what is going on with my truck and then upon the completion of the repairs go to pick it up see all these used parts all theycan say is I'm sorry for inconvenience of putting used parts reading some laws they did not offer me the option to pay difference for OEM parts which I would have had let alone that I know they would be putting on recycled partsI go to pick up vehicle supposed to be completed go to go to fill up the gas gauge is not working properly drive down the road less than 30 miles the shaking and pulling to the right side of the road was enough scary enough that I had to take it back at wish time they had it for another five days to tell me that the tires were shot and that it had a solenoid that stuck with the gas tank and gas gauge is working properly now.I would highly recommend anybody that has to have auto body paint repair done that they not use right way this is the only time I really have felt the need to give a bad review to somebody but through the process that I went through, I would hope that nobody else should have to go through this. you pay for full coverage and when accident happens you don't think used recycle, andsalvage parts will be put on your vehicle and painted to touch up to make it look pretty that is such shawty process and then they get premium pay out of that, that is just amazing workmanship, the vehicle still pulls his little squirrely on the road I will be putting a new set of tires on and having a balance faithfully like I have done always at Darrell's tire & service center on Midland boulevard like I have every 5000 miles.

Asked them for a relatively simple 3-4 hour job. They gave me an ETA of a couple days to look at it, and then kept pushing it back over the next week. I finally threatened to take it elsewhere and it was done within the afternoon. Finally, after getting my car back my fuel tank was drained. The issue being worked on was a battery box and had no bearing or proximity to the fuel tank. They also didn't mention this at all, leaving me to believe that they just stole my tank of gas. Avoid this place.

Had some minor work to be done. The first place I called quoted $225. Stopped in Rite Way to get a quote. They charged me $152 and even fixed another issue for free. When I went to pick up my truck they had also washed it for me. Great service and great price
