Highly professional, detailed, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Ridge Valley staff, especially Karl Sheen and Nancy Thompson, made the job of replacing my entire roof easy and hassle free. They handled the insurance company expertly. The construction team was on time, they cleaned up afterwards, and the results are gorgeous! One small note: how many other roofing companies would start the job with a nice bottle of wine and a thank you note left on your doorstep?!

Making those initial calls to a few roofing companies was somewhat scary. We had 4 appointments set and only 2 even showed up. One guy came and gave us a hand written quote without even getting up on the roof. Sean came on time, did a full inspection, and came back a couple days later to go over everything with us. Our roof was put on 3 week later and everything went according to plan! Sean was here in Naples for the installation and made sure everything was cleaned up when the crew was done. We are 100% happy and would recommend Ridge Valley and Sean to anyone in need of a new roof!

I would not recommend Ridge Valley Exterior. First let me start that they did not give noice before dropping of the trailer. They came out almost a week earlier. Then during the roof tear down they did not place a tarp around the house. Leaving the year with over 5 pounds of nail that I cleaned up and bought a magnet roller to pick up all the nails. The nails were so bad that they ended up in my neighbors yard and he step on one. This was the most disturbing thing with have 2 little ones that love playing outside. Then we went from 1 leak that was in the garage from the hurricane to 6. They guy had to keep coming out to fix the leaks. Then they added more to the invoice and when asked to see the itemized report they could not supply one to me. So I will say it again do not use them.

We had our roof replaced by Ridge Valley Exteriors and the team did an amazing job. The folks we worked with, especially Gigi, Robert and Courtney were personable, easy to work with, professional and very responsive. I highly recommend them.

We chose to go with the metal roof and it looks great. It has a 200 mph wind warranty which we hope is never tested! This type of roof is expensive though. The timespan from start to finish was pretty good and, as we always prefer to stay local, having the RidgeValley office on Marco was a big plus for communication. Gigi, in client care was easily reachable and always responsive. Overall we are very happy we went with RidgeValley.
