A very difficult stay. Firstly I want to highlight the positives. Dennys is amazing. He is highly attentive, very responsive, helpful in getting reservations, and suggested great activities to us. The restaurant upstairs serves delicious food.. (that is where the positives end.) The noise level was truly unmanageable. We were first put in a corner suite- beautiful room. Single paned windows on a busy street. With all the windows closed it sounded like there were cars inside our room. We’re from LA and in our late 20’s and early 30’s so we are not hyper sensitive to noise but this was unbelievably loud. We asked be moved. The only other option was a standard room with two queens which obviously we weren’t hoping for but gladly took and they told us they would charge us the lower rate. We went to sleep and were woken up at 6 am by the restaurant above. There is no insulation. So we heard every step, every fork drop, even voices. We were once again moved and we slept well the last night. To enjoy this hotel you have to sleep on only the 3rd floor in either 304 or 303. No other room is quiet which honestly is sad because the hotel could be lovely if properly managed and insulated. The manager was extremely difficult. He told us we would be provided a refund and we have not been refunded. He ended up charging us for a room much more expensive than we stayed in. We were charged for the most expensive suite we did not stay in and it has not been corrected and we have received no refund for the noise as promised or one for the correct room. The most upsetting thing about the manager is when we checked out we asked to speak to him. The front desk attendant who was lovely called him and tried to explain the situation but the manager relayed he had left 30 minutes ago. While we were getting in the Uber we saw the manager sneak out of the back room into the office. It was completely ridiculous. Don’t stay here until they make changes!

Very cool new place with crazy architecture! View is awesome and eggs Benedict. French toast and short rib sandwich have all been excellent

CREDITCARD FRAUD!!! The same Roomrate twice booked on the Bill!!! Plus: A 300$ per night corner room is as noisy as you would sit direct on the street. You definitely hear not only the rooftopbar until it closes. You hear each car hammering the whole night. And you can sing a long with each song they hear while the cars pass by… It’s completely new and looks awesome - but the renovators simply saved on the windows and there is no noise insulation. Unsleepable

Rooms are incredibly noisy
