I've been renting from them for over 8 years. The Realtor/Property Manager, Mrs. Eileen is outstanding! She always answers or returns our calls. She is prompt about getting repair orders sent out. She is very professional and courteous!

If you want to rent your house out please run the opposite direction. They don't care about your house. They have no customer service skills. I allowed Eileen to manage my property. I decided after she had constantly been rude to me that I no longer wanted to deal with this company as she had gotten too comfortable with me. I went to check my house out and the only thing cleaned was the carpets. My walls are filthy and when I say walls I nean every wall in my house was dirty. They have dirt, markers and God knows what else on them. In my garage I had bars up. Someone ripped one of them out of the wall. The yard was not kept up with. My baseboards need to be sealed again. I mean what's the point of having a property manager if they won't manage your property. She then proceeded to tell me my house wasn't destroyed as if there weren't multiple walls the have chipped paint and cracked baseboards etc.. so now because she wasn't doing her job I have to pay money out of my pocket to have a clean house. Disappointing is an understatement. please don't waste your time or money with these people especially if your military. the last thing you should be worried about is if your house is a mess when you go to get it back. Or if someone is gonna greet you with common courtesy. Edit: apparently my carpets were never cleaned. She allowed them to move out without having my home properly cleaned. Very disappointing.

Keith Hammond By Far is a Hands on Realtor he genuinely cares about your home buying experience. The fact he is ex Military Locally owned and operated is a plus. No other realtor can compare I promise you that. As well as his team Courtney was awesome as well . He leaves nothing unturned.

Very poor property manager! Had a broken window that never got fixed for the term of the lease. When I called in for maintenance support seemed like it was always a burden and it required multiple calls on my end to get updates never received an update without having to aquire it. Would not recommend this place as a property manager if I owned a home. I would like to think things aren't this bad for everyone. Guess it just depends on who you get. Good luck.

Jean in our property manger and she doesn't respond to text, calls or voice mails. She is extremely vague if you are lucky enough to even receive a response. We have open work orders that haven't been fixed for over a month, when I call to get a status, if I even get one, it's always vague or a different reason/excuse. I will never recommend her or Remax to anyone. If you can find another house with a different realty company I strongly recommend you go with them, once you sign the lease you won't get any assistance from this one.
