Sharon's unethical and immoral conduct has come to my attention, as well as that of many others, and I feel compelled to share so that others are warned. I purchased a house from Sharon where she was the selling agent. We were not impressed with her; however, our concerns pale in comparison to her actions as both a decent human being and an agent for the house she sold, which low and behold, is right next door to her house.
Background: Sharon claimed adverse possession of over 1000 sq ft of her next door neighbor’s property SHE sold, failing to disclose any land disputes or property line concerns to the new buyers. Since then, she has called the police on her neighbor over 50 times, leading to no arrests and wasting KCPD's strained resources. She has also destroyed his business, flooded his yard, and ruined his new wooden fence by soaking it day and night, even during winter. Additionally, she made false claims of elder abuse. She also attempted to get his attorney to send NSFW pictures so she could blackmail him. A cherry on the cake is the floodlight she installed on the second story of her house that shines right into the bedroom of the elderly homeowners every night. All of this is allegedly, of course.
Hopefully, justice will be legally served, with her neighbor achieving a successful outcome in the lawsuit he filed against her last week. Additionally, many are advocating for her license to be revoked by the KS & MO Real Estate Commission. In the meantime, it would be prudent for RE/MAX to terminate her, as her last three managing brokers did, given her unethical behavior as an agent representing your firm.
I am appalled that she is still a licensed broker. Shame on you, Sharon; shame on you, RE/MAX; shame on you, National Association of Realtors.
Associating yourself with a modern day thief and scammer like Sharon Aubuchon is so disheartening. If she scammed and cheat one client, she will do it again!!
Wow! Every agent I’ve gotten to speak with has been so knowledgeable and friendly. I wasn’t sure who to work with as this is my first time buying in a city I’m not familiar with, and the staff, particularly Aiken, was welcoming and took the time to hear me out. She got me a coffee and connected me with an agent best suited to my needs. Once I finally have a home, I’ll be sure to leave them another review!! Thanks Aiken and RE/MAX Premier.
When I decided to sell my Plaza condo, I knew without a doubt Bruce Kay would be the perfect realtor! He knew the area and the property. He cares and goes the extra mile. The listing was outstanding and presented my condo in the best light. It was so well done that he had an offer after the second day. Very uncommon for the building. I couldn't be happier in how Bruce represented me and presented my condo!
