I can only say Thank you 🙂. In admission they have always treated me adequately on all the occasions that I have had to go and there have been many. Dr. Jiménez operated on both legs 🦵 double saphenectomy .. without any complaints .. starting with the diagnosis / preoperative / postoperative and follow-up of 10. Dr. Ponciano is the eminence of gastroscopies and polypectomies another 10 .. Medical tests .. more of the same in the super friendly laboratory .. X-rays and Tac the same. Rehabilitation without any complaints...explains what it will consist of and above all they listen that it is important...
Thanks 🙂
Terrible management at many levels, even refusing to do radiological tests ordered by another doctor, going so far as to throw the patient out of the office screaming and crying. Furthermore, we have not received any solution on how to allow the test to be done or how to manage the problem, much less has the option of performing another test been considered.
I went to the emergency room this afternoon because I had COVID and the part of my breasts hurt a lot and it already happened to me the other two times and they sent me Ventolin and other medications. Since I was feeling pretty bad today, I went to the emergency room. I was treated by a lovely nurse but the disastrous Doctor Miguel, at first he didn't want to treat me and shouted at his partner “the girl should go to her damn house” “we are not going to treat people with COVID, how sad it is that she stays locked up “and words like that. He wasn't able to get close to me, he was shouting from four rooms away.
If you go to a patient who is sick with COVID, I can't imagine how it could be someone who has another type of illness and see that they are not treated or talked to like that.
In this work as a doctor you have to have more empathy and respect for patients and also for your own colleagues.
What a pity that things like this happen in this city.
It's a pity, we don't have anything... The emergencies with a "believe", renal colic, don't have a plate at night, not even to do analysis. ...nothing at all.. You come back in the morning very bad and if that, they will make an appointment for you to see the Urologist... Anyway, assuming that it is what they have said as a diagnosis. Total abandonment.... so this morning to Madrid, out of here.... either Adeslas lets you go to the "Virgen de la Luz" Hospital or here you literally die in this city.
