We had a very unique situation, we didn’t want to move but had to due to extreme circumstances. We met Patrick Callaghan at an open house and liked his demeanor, candor and professionalism. We have lived in the Gallatin valley for almost 40 years and we know many realtors, but decided to try someone new. Working with Patrick was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
