Re/Max: Performance

I'm currently renting a home that this company was trying to sell. They delayed getting the stage furniture out until we were moving in. The morning we were moving in they sent a lady to come get the furniture. After I had let her in the house and she was less than 3 ft away. She told me she was covid positive. She was not wearing a mask and proceeded to cough all throughout the house. Extremely unprofessional and an extreme health and safety risk.

Dave Knutzen helped us find our house and years later helped us sell our house. He made both processes seamless. He turned what can be a really stressful experience into one that was pleasant and easy.

Reanna Marcengill, Associate Broker, is one of the worst property managers I’ve ever experienced! I live out of state and paid for a professional to assist in managing my property and tenants. My home is now in need of extensive repairs and severe damages… due to the lack of respect and character not only from the tenants, but her as well. I had requested for eyes on the property from her as I was notified the tenants were leaving the home unattended during the winter cold as they were slowly moving out. No response as to my request, and a few days later… I get the call my home had busted pipes from freezing. Stay away from ReMax Performance all together if at all possible! I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences with several of the agents there. No real decency, compassion or respect for other peoples homes. They just want their sell.

She is the most confident, professional and very personable individual we have had the privilege to be associated with. We've purchased four homes in my active duty military career of 20+ years, and now in my current Civil Service Career of 18 years. This without a doubt was our best and most pleasurable experience. Jennifer was in contact every step of the home purchasing process to ensure everything was completed and ready for closing. I was out of the local area, and she recommended a inspector and attended the home inspection. She provided the contact information for the utilities with names. Jennifer came to our (previous home purchases never happened) closing and provided lunch and a very nice gift basket as a congratulatory / welcome to Woodland Park Community gesture. It was a great experience! Can't comment enough positive words about Jennifer....
