After being in the Real Estate business for over 25 years, and experiencing several different brokerages, including my own, I have to say hands down, this is the most support, encouragement, and best camaraderie I've ever experienced. Troy and Erica and the management team genuinely care about the success of the agents in the office and go above and beyond to support each one! #bestofficeever
I've used ReMax Momentum for three different transactions and had a great experience each time. The professionalism, knowledge and communication helped me to move confidently and efficiently through the buying and selling processes. I definitely recommend their services, and will use them again in the future.
Karina was very optimistic and supportive in helping motivate me in our move and to sell our house. I had a tremendous amount of stuff to go through in the garage and house, that we had lived in for 23 years. I also had to pack by myself. I finished everything and was out of the house in 2 months. She was very encouraging. Karina made the selling process very easy to complete, which was harder because we moved to Tennessee before the process was complete. She kept me up to date on any changes and complications to the closing process. We even had to find a second buyer, because the first people terminated on the last possible day, and we didn't want to loose the new house that we had found in Knoxville. I would highly recommend Karina's skills as a realtor. She is professional, but also fun to work with.
I've known Mark Dobrovolny for a few decades now, and he's my first call anytime I'm doing anything real estate related. Mark has seen it all, knows everyone, and has never lead me astray. He's helped me with 3 purchases now and 2 sales, and I can't believe I haven't left him a review yet! He's great.
For starters, Mark knows the Denver metro. He knows all the neighborhoods, he knows what's "hot" and what's growing, etc.
Second, I'm going to make Mark sound old, but the guy has seen thousands of properties. He has forgotten more than I'll ever know about houses: many times, he's noticed a major problem with the house that I would have completely missed, helping me avoid a mistake (or at the very least a waste of time), understand why a property hasn't sold, etc.
Three, he's fun to go look at property with. He does a good job of keeping things rolling without making things feel rushed, he is good at planning but also spontaneous (during our planned outing, we've stopped and looked at random listings), and he's pretty funny. My wife and I both enjoy his company.
Finally - and perhaps most importantly - he's been a great asset during the contract phase on all my transactions. He knows what to watch out for, what the other agent might try to pull, who to call for various services, etc.
NOTE: The contract phase is where brokers earn their fee - anyone can drive you around town and show you houses; You want someone experienced who knows all the tricks when it's contract time.
If you want someone who knows their stuff, ask for Mark.
My husband and I feel extremely fortunate to have wandered into the Westminster Re/Max Momentum office while Tiffany Carter was at the front desk. Having only purchased one home in our lives (16 years ago) we really had no idea how it would be possible to sell our out-of-state home and buy a home locally when we needed the money from the one to buy the other. We had a million questions about the process, possibilities, and the local area. Tiffany was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. When she smiled and said, “Let me be the first to welcome you to Colorado,” we knew we had made the right decision to move. We loved everything about the area. At the time, we only had a few more days remaining in town and we weren’t planning on moving right away – we were thinking we would wait a year or two. Tiffany worked with us to maximize the time we had left and took us to see a variety of houses that we were interested in. She took the time to really understand exactly what we were looking for and what we liked and didn’t like about each home. When we thought we might be interested in a new home, she took us to see new home communities and helped us understand the process of contracting for the build of a new home. We left town with a much better understanding of the home buying process and possibilities due to Tiffany’s tireless efforts and patient teaching. Once back home, we decided we really didn’t want to wait years to return. Tiffany set us up to see homes matching our criteria through the Re/Max online home search tool. As we found homes we liked, she would visit them and show them to us via video phone call. She also assisted us in finding a realtor to help sell our home. She called and screened candidates for us and provided us with a short list for our review. We ended up selecting an agent from the list to help us sell our home; she was excellent! Then, when we found the home we wanted, Tiffany helped make it become a reality. We were able to do all the contract business online without needing to travel back and forth; this was especially helpful since we were busy with the sale of our original home at the time. We really can’t say enough good things about Tiffany – her character, knowledge, work ethic, and passion for helping all combine to make an excellent real estate associate to have working on your side with the purchase or sale of your home. We highly recommend Tiffany! You will not be disappointed.
