Rapid Glass

Rapid Glass is an amazing company. When a glass shelf of my 125 yr old curio was broken by a moving company I was heartbroken. The curio has been handed down through 3 generations and someday to my Grandaughter. The movers reached out to Rapid Glass and they were able to re create the shelves perfectly in a professional and caring way. And in time for our family Thanksgiving and into Christmas. A true gift.

Terrible customer service. Tried to make an appt to fix a chip in my windsheild and they would not make the appt. Just terribly rude. I suppose business is good after our big hail storm last week so they don't need my business-nor would I give it to them.

Rapid Glass is great to work with. I had a vinyl window that needed glass replacement. Scheduling was easy, they were upfront on lead time for the replacement glass and the installation was fast, clean, and on time. Will use them again for sure!

Awesome job! The guys save the prairie style molding on the glass and reinstalled it. Couldn’t have been better. Done right on time. Can’t recommend enough!

They've been responsive, quick, and professional. Our new window will be installed in 3 weeks.
