Radiant Waxing Brentwood

I have been going to Radiant Waxing and seeing Kayla for a few years now. The salon is always clean and the staff are always expedient and helpful. Kayla does an astounding job with every service - from waxing to eyebrow tinting, I'm spoiled with the level of service I receive.

Perfect location with parking among plenty of stores. After a mini shopping spree, coffee, and before orange theory I hope! I was nervous about finally joining Radiant since I moved from SF and loyal to one of my gals there (introduced to hard wax) and loved it. But anywho, meeting Bernice and trusting her with my all since I still have fears and pain tolerance extremely low, I was nervous and scared!! But to my surprise, she was kind enough to let me ramble my feelings as she explained every step of the way. The room was very sanitized and cleaned, the tray of all waxing, she even explained which was for what, as I was going to strip down, she said she'll step outside and wait for me to be ready (which didn't need to, felt comfy with her the second she smiled!). The process. Again, I love how thorough she was in explaining the steps of Radiant Waxing and explained to me the benefits of using serums, moisturizing, and made sure to examine my skin and texture-- not going straight to business. I appreciate so much the effort and time she took with me because usually it's always a rush rush, rip rip situation. I got my upper lip, under arms, and full Brazilian. She was very gentle and reassured me any pressure that was to come. I loved how Bernice was very personable and showed true care as she taught me what my skin was like and what I need to do to maintain everything that needs to be done. I also love how we found similarities and how she never tried to upsell or offer me more work I thought I needed but didn't. I definitely will be coming back every 3 weeks for maintenance! Ii also loved how everything was done so quick, I thought it took an hour but it was definitely no more than 30 minutes or so, she took her time and didn't rush me at all. I recommend Bernice and will be loyal to her for sure! 100/10 recommend going into Radiant! It's so clean, warm, and welcoming the second you get here. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I love how they're all personable with every client they are scheduled with.

My experience at Radiant wax was amazing From start to finish. Sarah who made my appointment was really nice, professional and patient when answering all of my questions being that this was going to be my 1st visit. When I arrived all the staff were friendly and welcoming. My service with Alyssa was beyond what was expected. I was nervous and she made me feel comfortable. She was very efficient and thorough with all instructions including after care. To conclude the facility is nice and clean. Definitely will book again!

My esthetician is fantastic, makes me feel very comfortable, and she does a great job every time! Even when I've forgotten about an appointment, the staff has always been gracious enough to reschedule and accommodate me.

Clean, friendly and patient is how I would describe Radiant Waxing! Taryn is my waxologist and she is AMAZING. Taryn is so professional, kind and super patient. The wax was near painless and as a pregnant guest I really appreciate that.
