I've been going to see Donna here for the past 14 years and I've never once had a disappointing cut or color! Would reccomend to anyone. Although they do have a cat in the salon so if you have allergies, its maybe not the place for you.

I've been getting my hair cut here for 6 years. The stylists are friendly and professional, and their shop is clean and cozy. Each haircut feels personal. I'm a guy with medium length hair so I'm a bit fussy about how my hair's cut, but I've been happy with them every time. I would recommend them to anybody.

Mickey is a great stylist. She listens to her clients, and she is willing to work with them.

DON'T LET THE LOCALE FOOL YOU. The interior is accommodating and warm. Everyone at Radiance is very cheerful, polite, and does very good work. I've only so far gotten my hair trimmed there but they only took off my split ends, it was hardly noticeable except the feeling of no longer having tangles. They took into account my plans once my hair has grown out. I've gone to other highly-rated salons like Stylized, where they LOADED my hair with products that I would never use, and completely stripped my hair and tried to say 'Look at all this product buildup you have!' when I told her I only used apple cider vinegar and only shampooed once a week. Radiance never attempts to try and upsell, unless they really do believe it will benefit you. They told me to oil my ends and recommended a product but also said that jojoba oil would work as well. I also booked a pedicure with an independent provider through them who gave me a very good deal and a great experience.

I dropped my friend (who's deathly allergic to pet dander) off for an appointment. She walked into the shop to find an ungroomed house cat walking toward her. They could have warned us when making phone reservations.
