RNR Tire Express

Johnathan was the one who helped out and got me new tires. Natalie which is their finace lady was nice in explaining everything. The only thing I would like to see is being able to pay online, espcially in this day of age. Plus I would like to see that all the paperwork you sign, you get copies of.

I would easily give RnR tire beyond 5 stars but it won't allow me... Any positive review you find here (including my own) is an understatement. Johnathan, Izzy and all the crew went above and beyond when it came to installing tires on my truck...not a small task. (37x13.5x24) If you are anywhere within 100 miles of this place it's worth your while- you'll be in good hands- ESPECIALLY if you have custom wheels and truck tires. I can't express my appreciation enough to RnR and will gladly send folks there without hesitation. Thanks again Johnathan, Izzy and all the crew (...including the dudes talking about Marlboro and Camels.) See y'all next time around!

I live in Terre Haute but this happened to be my first visit to RNR since they opened a couple of years ago. I was not impressed. The hours printed on their front door state 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for Tuesdays, which is the day I visited. I walked in between 5:05 p.m. and 5:07 p.m. I was immediately helped so I gave them 2 stars. However, I informed them my low tire light was on and asked if they had time to check one (1) tire. I knew which one was low because its been problematic for a few weeks indicating a slow leak. The salesman started by saying he only had about 35 minutes or working hours left. I am not sure how 5:10 to 6 p.m. equals 35 minutes, but whatever, I listened to him. He followed that sentence with he doesn't have time to check a tire this evening because one (1) technician was already looking at a tire. I am unaware how many other technicians were available, if any. He then tells me its probably the weather going from hot to cold, which I am aware tire pressure does change with the outside temperature, but they don't get as low as 20 pounds of pressure. Anyway, he then followed up with an appointment at 1 p.m. the next day for a low tire. I was also the only visible customer in the store at this time as one customer had just checked out his black Tahoe. Every other tire shop in town that I have ever walked into for a simple repair has gotten me in the same day. If they are visibly swamped like Belle Tire normally, then they tell me to come back in a few hours. This place has a 4.8 but I don't see how if they turn away customers nearly an hour before closing. I could see some dummy wanting 4 tires 55 minutes before closing and getting this answer but not a 15-25 minute tire repair. Glad I wasn't a helpless person with a sudden flat tire. I would hate to see what they would have told that person.

The entire office is professional and friendly. They provided top-notch service at the best price around! Great mechanics! I also love that you can take six months to pay with no interest. I will definitely return.

Keep in mind that this place is a "loan your tires" type place. You will have to sign tons of contracts and do payments based on when you get paychecks. If you just want to get tires and pay outright, this is not for you, and unfortunately not for me. There were mistakes made which costed time in my (college student) day. When getting four new tires, two were not matching, which required me to need to get those replaced. In good faith, they replaced all four for no additional price. Overall, the place is fine if you're looking to pay for tires over time. Workers always seemed either flustered or rushed. Always ask for receipt. This place was mediocre, did not wow me
