RNR Tire Express

Got a tire patched today and it was life changing. This is the most fun I've ever had at a tire shop. Friendly staff, fast service, and I'm pretty sure I got taller and slightly more handsome while waiting.

They were professional, friendly and informative. They explained the process and everything that was included. I wasn't left more confused and still feeling uninformed. Things went smooth and didn't take forever. We left very happy and satisfied. Thank you RNR tires. Kathie Morris 12/03/2023

We recently got tires for our pick up. The people working there are great. Everyone from the front desk to the guys who do the heavy work. However, with that being said, we were there for 3 hours. We got there got the paperwork done and were told our vehicle would be the next in and it wouldn't take long. 3 hours is a long time for tires especially when we were told "we will get it right in and get started." That was not the case. Other than that everything was fine

First off the great. Lily and Mark are exceptionally nice and helpful. I can see where they want to really take care of you and do what they can to make sure you’re very satisfied with their services. Great atmosphere and good amount of places to sit. Regarding the negative, I don’t know if I just came at a bad time, but I’m used to waiting less than an hour at most tire to have services rendered. I was informed that the wait here would be more than an hour easily so I asked if I could just make an appointment and I was told to be there at 9 o’clock in the morning the next day and I would be the first person they waited on. I rolled into the parking lot at 8:57 and they were already open had two cars in the bay and had three people in front of me in line. I proceeded to wait an hour and 15 minutes and 50 minutes of that time my car sat out in the parking lot. I don’t feel like. I was lied to, because the staff is very professional and very helpful and I think their intentions are very good, but if you’re going to tell somebody they will be the first person to be waited on the next morning. You really need to honor that particularly if that person is there ahead of the time you told them to be there. overall a great business, who has a very good future in Russellville with very professional employees. Easily four stars would’ve been five if promises had been kept.

By far the nicest people I've met who worked at a tire shop. Amazing prices and worked fast. Not to mention the wheels they have are absolutely gorgeous. 🤌
