I’m here to leave a review on the district manager Keith Jakes. He is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude, I don’t see how he has a job being the District manager. I arrived at 9:00 when the doors open, the mechanic arrived late. His attitude is horrible as well. But just to call the district manager and tell him how unsatisfied we were doing this visit. He began to yell over the phone, telling me well we don’t have to service you at all& what’s the point of calling. He’s not able to help us. I’ve never been talked to like that for him to be the District manager. I need a corporate number because reaching out to him didn’t solve anything but give me a headache and makes me never want to come back to RNR, but I’ve already paid my tires off& need some assistance. Now they are informing that they can’t find my 1 year insurance papers for my tires. Once again unprofessional. I need a corporate number.
Ms Tiffany had the Best Customer Service Ever. This was my first time doing Business at R&R She help me with all my questions and Kept a Big smile and Great Attitude the thru the whole process. I will definetely refer my Friends. Thanks Ms.Tiffany!!! Mr.Darren was the Best too!!!
RNR is one of the greatest places to shop. The staff is awesome and will not leave you with a boring experience. Please if you tires or rim/tires shop at RNR. The benefits are out of this world.
Great Service and the employees were very helpful and understanding to all my concerns and questions I would definitely rent again this is my second set of tires renting from R&R
