This group of employees they have here are top notch. Best service, super nice and it being a “lease to own” company, they already have a bad rap based on that society. They are not loan sharks, it’s all thoroughly explained and there are no loose ends. From the very beginning they made me feel comfortable with the payment plans and options and even made it more suitable to actually fit my budget. A+++ I highly recommend RNR in Tyler. They’re great. I have tried for 3 months now to get rims and tires for my volkswagen golf. No one ever called me back. Now I also have a 2023 dodge hornet gt needing rims and tires. I have sent pictures of what I have been looking for. Still no call or email. Bad customer service.

Much better service than that of the Longview store. Quite knowledgeable, fast, and friendly service. They know here how to match the customer in terms of attitude and excitement while delivering stellar service with the great tires and wheels they provide. First off thanks to Ben for the info and help getting us there and Colin who did a lot of the work and talked to me about things and reassured me just like Ben that things would go the way they said and it went perfect!! We bent a rim hitting a pothole and had to get new rims instead of waiting for a while from the dealership to get a new one that came with her car. We ended up getting used but in great condition rims from RNR and Ben discounted them and gave me the veteran discount with my veteran ID as well. We got the rims and tires and the back when we packed in, the back starting rubbing the tire with all the weight so they ordered new but a little bit smaller tire for the 20inch rims and they are perfect. We had I believe 19inch from the car dealer and now we have 20s. They worked with us with no problems and were very professional and didn’t try to upcharge or sale extras. I recommend going with their advice to get the roadside assistance and the warranty. The warranty by the way is only 39.95 for all tires total and roadside assistance and alignment adjustments are free as well as rotations. Keep in mind we talked to 4 other places before and we’re going to have to pay almost twice as much with no roadside assistance or discounts and nobody was willing to work on price for used rims except RNR. The best part is the others that had used rims were not 20 in and not as good of quality as the ones RNR gave us. Thanks for everything and we will be coming here from now on!! Amazing experience!
