RNR Tire Express

1st of all I set my appointment online. The appointment setter had my appointment in the KC area only I assumed joplin because of my area code. I get there and I was not on their schedule. I should them my confirmation and quickly these folks explained to me what happened.i asked if I could make an appointment since I was already there in in serious need of some tires they took me in no hesitation. I did all my paperwork made the payment Visited all and my tires were on They even sent with me the 2 good tires home with me.for back up if needed and disposed of the ones that were a death trap. Fast friendly and extremely helpful kind and considerate to my needs. The entire team was amazing. Thank you for ALL Your Help.

Great staff! Very friendly and easy to talk to. They greeted everyone that came in the door like friends. Explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They put new tires on my car and had me out pretty quickly. Oh! And they have free flat repair even if you aren’t their customer! That’s Awesome! Thanks guys!

Everyone here is polite and they make it simple to understand. I had my kids with me and they were playing as we were waiting for the truck tires and the workers didn't seem to mind one bit. It definitely helped me not to stress with new tires and kids allowed to be kids. Thank you guys and women who work here you all are amazing!

I drove by last week because I have a hard time getting tires on because my car is lowered. I asked staff if they could put tires on the rear (no shops carry Michelin Pilot 4s in 215/45/zr17) that I had already purchased, he said yes come in anytime, no appointment needed. Went to drop the car off today and the manager said no I can't put those tires on because you have to buy them through us. I told him I already came by last week and specifically asked and he said no we fired that guy (I never named or described him). He then came outside to look at my car and said "I don't want to put those on because we might damage a rim". I was like what, you guys are a tire shop, that's literally your job. So thank you RNR, you're the best! 👌
