They tried to screw me over on payments for a 6 months same as cash deal on a set of wheels and tires. The tire was a predator AT. They lied about my tire sensors they haven’t worked in 6months since they touched them and the tires are slap bald in the back. Nothing but interstate miles from Louisiana to the storm and fire work in Cali. 12k miles and they are wore out. Then after being told they would be replaced and that I needed to speak with the GM the following day I was told by him that they wouldn’t replace the tires and acted like I’m the only one this has happened to. It would be different if I were still 20 cutting donuts but these people are SUBPRIME SCAM ARTISTS BUYER BEWARE!

I would like say that my experience here has been absolutely amazing…Everyone is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly…They make sure you are satisfied and offer you water and coffee whenever you have to wait..Theyreally make you feel like family…I have truly enjoyed each one of them…Seems like Brandon is always running back and forth giving superior customer service..You all have GREAT tires…Bottom line is I will definitely give 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you all so much and keep up the good work..Also, whoever trained the manager did an EXCELLENT job! He is awesome!…Thanks again! I will definitively refer customers to come buy their tires there.

I can honestly say that RNR in Ruston, LA is an awesome place to go. They take care of u and they are quick at it. I can say that my experience there was a all time star 5 if not more. They are so nice and helpful. They gave me different options and a payment plan. Thank you RNR Ruston.

Do not recommend! Got 4 new tires and rims from here they were supposed to do an alignment when I got them after 3 weeks one of the front tires went completely bald! Went up there for them to replace the tire and asked them to fix the alignment once again instead of getting me a new tire and doing the alignment the just rotated the tires putting the bald one on the back end. After another 3 weeks of waiting for the replacement tire they still didnt get we just decided to take them off and take them all back to them!

As a mechanic, I can tell you to avoid this place big time. For starters, the prices are ridiculous. Not just bad, but absolutely insane. I went in to get a feel for it before deciding to go with them. My decision was even more reinforced when I saw they offer "nitrogen inflation". That's such a huge scam. Never trust a business that offers that service. For those unfamiliar with atmospheric composition, the air we breathe is roughly 80% nitrogen. Which is the same air that goes into a tire. Even if they used a vacuum to draw all of the air out of the tire so it could be 100% nitrogen, that 20% wouldn't make a difference. And because I've never seen a shop that uses a vacuum, at best, you'll get 10% more.
