John was very helpful in getting new tires on to my Toyota. It took one hour to do all four tires. Service was good 👍. Get as good service as Discount tire. In fact, it's better service. You get a lot better offer on the tires.

I had a nail in my tire. They were able to fix it very easily and very quickly and at a good price. Totally better than texas tires. The lady at the front desk was nice.

These guys are the epitome of great customer service! In and out in less than 30 minutes for a flat tire. Got all my tires level and aired up together and I’m riding like a brand new car. Thank you guys for the great experience.

Great place. Will be back for future tire needs. Wait time was a little long but still impressive considering only 2 guys in the shop at the time. Caught them a little before closing and they helped me out. Asst GM Gabriel was very helpful and kind customer service.

R&R tire is best place to get your tire n wheels in the Lubbock area. I been with them for a couple of months and i recently got sick to where I lost my job and was not able work. I called Simon and told him of what I was going through. He then told me to just pay what I could effort until I was able to get back on my feet. I highly recommend R&R for all your tire and wheels.
