In my experience, it has been the least productive decontracting massage I have undergone and I usually go to physiotherapists often, twenty minutes to warm up the area, and ten minutes of a light superficial massage that was unsuccessful for the purpose I was looking for. From my point of view, terrible compared to what I am used to, not to mention the high price. For me it has been a waste of money and time.
