The Website shows open, No one picks up the phone. They depend on out of state Money to buy up here but in Big cities "We Work All the time" that's how we have MONEY to buy up here. If we worked 9-5 and lied about being open we couldn't afford to buy up here. That's the difference. People in this area need their Biscuits and fried chicken but don't put in the man hours to achieve what we've achieved in Big Cities to have the Money to buy here. Let's find better places. Mark Congdon is by far THE best realtor we have ever encountered. He is always available, friendly and in good spirits. He knows everything about the area, trust me I tried. If it wasn't a good property or priced well, he knew as soon as I mentioned the address. Normally I am my own realtor, I find what I want to see and the true realtor is just there to get me in. But not Mark, I gave him full control and he didn't disappoint.
