Both Ryan and Brent have always stayed on top of things and made sure any and all communications between the owners and myself were handled properly and timely.
Sadly Brent is no longer with the company, but I wanted to make sure it was known how well he did for me all these years! Big, big thanks to Brent for always being kind and efficient when we needed help getting things sorted out at a moment's notice!

Please be careful if you plan to purchase a property from Remax or probably any broker in Florida.
Make sure the property your buying gets inspected by your inspector not theirs.
Make sure your insurance agent does an inspection before you buy. Your lender as well.
Hire an attorney you trust to review your sales contract/agreement before you close.
You don't want to be like my 80 year old parents who got taken buying a 225K townhome with undisclosed known defects.
A concealed leaking roof and extensive rot and mold damage. They can either bail for 113K from a broker, spend 100K to fix it and/or sue. No help from Remax it's not their fault?
Keep that in Mind!!!

They are very quick with answers and solutions to any problems I've run into and Ryan the office manager is always willing to help and work with you no matter the circumstance! I'm very pleased with my experience with this company and would recommend to everyone!
I have owned rentals in this area for 20+ years...and have been looking for a good property manager for about half that time. Most of them don't call you back, find less than desirable tenants, find tenants with pets (when you said NO Pets!, etc)....So, until I discovered Brent McGinnis, I thought that property managers were all created equal (less than desirable themselves)! Brent & Ryan are quick to respond, have great communication skills, have consistently found good tenants, and quickly addressed maintenance issues. I am beyond thrilled with this Rental team & would highly recommend them!
My shower valve got stuck in the on position....a legit plumbing crisis...i called Ryan at 10 PM on a saturday night ...he was available to help, and had a plumber on the way within the hour.
Remax has got to be the Best Property manager in town
