We were privileged to have an opportunity to work with Rob and Pam while purchasing our dream property in Sedona. We found Rob’s scope of knowledge and the breadth of his experience unparalleled. Straightforward and honest, realistic, yet always looking for a creative way to make things happen, with the highest integrity I have seen any professional operate. Rob displays none of the characteristics of an eager salesman, but rather a wise mentor who takes you along on the journey and educate you along the way. Home ownership in Sedona has been persistently elusive for us, however with Rob‘s help it became a reality for which we will be forever grateful. He made the time for us, patiently answered admittedly endless questions, and ultimately made us feel as if we were his only clients. Rob has been with us every step of the way, even during times when his presence wasn’t strictly necessary, yet he felt we may need a word of advice, or simply be comforted by him being there. Rob and Pam make up the dream team complementing each other wonderfully, and they get things done where others only shake their heads “no.” It’s been an incredible pleasure to watch a grandmaster at work. When preparing to list and sell our home, we contacted and interviewed several Sedona realtors, finally deciding on Rob and Pam Schbatka of RE/MAX Sedona. Rob and Pam were easy to work with and very helpful - agreeing to work with us on several special requests that other realtors would not even consider. Rob and Pam put the word out about our property before it was listed in the MLS and started showing the property early. On the fourth day after listing, the house went under contract. But Rob and Pam did not stop there - they continued working with us through the closing and after - making sure that we were happy at every step of the entire process. We are very happy with Rob and Pam's service and we have been highly recommending them to our friends and neighbors.

Rob and Pam are outstanding real estate agents. They work in tandem serving the needs of their clients. They understood our needs as the seller of the home and were professional and yet warm in guiding us through the process. Their knowledge of getting a home ready for the market was very beneficial, as Rob has the understanding of home construction being a prominent building contractor. Our home had been on the market a short time and sold very rapidly due to the exposure they provided, such as open houses, brochures and other advertising. He was attentive both to our specifications as well as to ensuring that we got a good deal. Rob’s extensive background in construction was useful in discussing the quality of home construction as well. In addition, he has continued to assist us in settling in long after the home purchase was complete. Finally, he is a very likeable, friendly person. He far surpassed our high expectations.
