RE/MAX Results

I am very pleased with my Re/Max Real Estate Agent, Eric Leamon. He help sell my 1st property. I was unsure of what I was doing. Eric was available to answer my questions whenever I called him. He was knowledgeable about local real estate market and promised to show me a comparable properties report. He followed through with a timely and excellent report. Most importantly, Eric Leamon and Re/Max were able to get me the best deal possible and all of this friends is worth more than 5 stars.

Anna Gilsinger, a Realtor that works there, was dishonest about the compensation that was owed from a sale that did not go through. The 500 dollars is a nonrefundable compensation that goes to the home owners who are doing the sale. Even if the sale doesn't go through, the home owners still get the money. This was not the case with Anna from RE/MAX and apparently to do anything about it you have to take legal action. Basically spend money to get your money.

As a first time home buyer with what felt like an insane roller coaster to closing, James and Amy were amazing!! With working 3rd shift communication was difficult at times as I would send messages in the middle of the night with potential homes I would like to see... Not once was I made to feel like an inconvenience or a bother! Amy was there every step of the way even through rocks and paint chips! ;)

Being a first-time home buyer should be a fun and wonderful experience however this was not the case with Re/Max. I felt like I was taken advantage of and they were more interested in making a quick sale rather than trying to help us find the perfect home. I ended up firing them and went with somebody else, that was the best decision I made as we had a great experience then.

Nita Gayheart made buying a home a lot less scary and stressful than I thought it would be. She answered all my questions and answered her phone/email anytime I needed assistance or had a question. Super nice and professional!
