I have had the MOST amazing, first time home buying experience. From start to finish Carmen Molitor and her team were EXCEPTIONAL!! We were ahead of schedule and they were on top of everything!! I am beyond impressed and would a thousand percent recommend to anyone!! Thank you for proving such an amazing experience. It was so smooth, easy and just beyond anything I could imagine! I have heard how stressful buying a home could be and frankly I did not have to worry about that, AT ALL! Thank you again!!!

If I could give a negative star, I would certainly do so. We leased a townhouse through this agent in September 2021. We received an email two months ago in March 2022 that the owner wanted to sell the property. They asked us if we wanted to purchase we declined. They repeatedly asked us and we declined, just wanting to finish our lease until September 2022. They said the owner wanted to sell on June 8 and gave us until July 8 to be out. They came out and put a lock box on with a FOR RENT SIGN. We are perplexed regarding these actions. We have a signed contract and have never dealt with actions such as these. A professional real estate company should not conduct business this way. Highly disappointed. Highly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY.
