My husband and I LOVE working with Tammy! She has been so helpful and informative since it’s our first time buying a home. We hit a few snags in our personal lives, and Tammy was so patient and understanding while waiting for us to get it under control so we could continue looking for houses to buy. Working with Ms. Chavers has been one of the most unprofessional business transactions that I have ever had the misfortune of being associated with. She is representing the sellers of a home that I was very interested in purchasing. I submitted my pre-approved purchase contract to her yesterday morning to present to her clients, 27 hours passed before Ms. Chavers communicated with my agent again. My agent tried repeatedly both yesterday and today to determine if her clients were considering my offer or not, to no avail. She has been totally uncooperative and uncommunicative with my agent throughout this process and as a result has lost one of her clients a potential sale.

Matt Crane was fantastic! Super responsive and professional. We had some challenges getting the house in shape to sell and we reside out of state. Matt ran it all for us! Highly, highly recommended!
