The owner/operator of this Re/Max location, Torrence Ford, knowingly employs a known debt scammer named Lamar Snow. Lamar Snow is under permanent injunction from the FTC because of the fraudulent activities of his businesses. If you're thinking of doing a real estate transaction, steer clear of this office. Why would you trust someone (Lamar Snow) who operates fraudulent businesses? Why would you trust someone who employs such a person? Beware!

This man is a professional scammer & professional liar who failed to maintain the property that I was leasing & illegally kept my deposit. His claim is that there is $20,000 worth of renovations that needs to be done. I was leasing said property for 2.5 year and never missed my rent payment & have proof that I paid on time. Also, in September 2022 I hurt myself on said property that his property management company failed to maintain and then once I contacted an attorney him & the owners started retaliating against me. I have no reason to make false allegations against them due to me holding a professional real estate license myself. I also left the place in very good conditions because I know you can't get your deposit back if there are damages to property. I have pictures to prove the conditions of the property. Mind you I was not able to work while injured for 2 months as a single mom, I could not walk or work. During my injury I was given a 60 day notice to vaccant the property after I had just renewed my lease a month prior for 1 year. Please don't trust this professional liar & I will be reporting him to the real estate commission for deceptive practices. I loss pay (commissions as I sell real estate full-time) during those 2 months of being injured & could not walk. He has caused me so much emotional distress
