We want to give a forewarning to all our friends. Please stay clear of Remax Realty. We have had bad experiences with Jason Carter and Karen Converse. They were dishonest with us about the home we were purchasing. We had to reach out to the closing company and lawyer in order to make sure that we didn’t screwed with our new home purchase. I can’t find anywhere to leave a review and they keep threatening us and other friends with taking legal action for making posts against their company. This is inappropriate behavior as it is our right to speak about our own situations. We do need to spread our interactions to help others avoid having the same bad experience.

Jason and his team have helped me with buying and selling several properties. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very personable! The Remax Pride team is never pushy and always want to make sure you get what you want for your family or business for the right price. Tried to get me to buy a home we hated and that was not even where we asked them to look.... we found a home on our own coming to list and gave them the address, they did nothing to help us obtain the house from HUD. So we are switching to a different realtor. Sad because we only wanted to spend around 100,000, so I feel we were under valued as a buyer due to this. We are ending up spending around 200,000 for the house we wanted, through another agency, but the only person that really lost here is RE/MAX. As their not getting commission on the sale.

Jason & Kelly have been wonderful to work with during the loss of our mother and throughout the process of clearing, marketing and selling her home. They have worked hard and kept us in the loop during the process. I highly recommend using them for all your realestate needs.
