Teresa Vendegnia, employing broker at RE/MAX Northwest, is one of the kindest and most helpful people I've ever met in my life. She was very supportive in our first-time home buying journey and was always quick to respond to all of my questions right away at any time of the week or day. She made me feel relaxed and at-ease throughout the home buying process and is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry. She is very easy to talk to and work with, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

We have exclusively used RE/MAX Northwest for over 16 years for all our real estate needs. We have bought/sold 13+ homes with them. The expertise, professionalism and vast industry knowledge is second to none. We have had complex issues with some of our deals that without the diligence of our agent they most likely would have fallen through. We’ve never had a deal not close! We have successfully sold eight houses using RE/MAX NW. Their in-house marketing department is amazing! They are flexible, always worked with our schedule and accommodated my special requests! The support staff in the office is friendly and the extended office hours made it easy for us to always talk to someone! We were notified via text and email regarding showings and feedback! Our most recent purchase was a new build. The build was three months behind schedule, I was pregnant and this meant not getting our home prior to the baby being born. While the completion date was completely out of our agents hands she negotiated with the builder to get a $3,000 refrigerator included and have them finish the garage! Keep receiving flyers despite having a "No Soliciting" sign on front door in addition to already having sent a message on company website to stop. Seems like a terrible and ineffective way to promote business. Jim, why are you so obsessed with me??

Sam Cardenas helped me purchase a home, and sell a rental property when I was living out of state. Some times you hear about agents that are only interested in selling because they get to put up a sign a wait. This is not Sam. I was so pleased with the experience after my purchase when it came time to sell a rental property after moving out of state I called Sam again. Best decision I could have made. During the purchase of our home Sam took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped us to understand the ins and outs of the market and communities we had in mind. He worked around our schedule and showed us properties that matched our description until we found the one. During the sale of our rental property Sam did EVERYTHING! He toured the property, took photos and help me plan for the renovations he recommended for a quick sale and top dollar. He contacted the contractors, painters, carpet guys and cleaners. He explained the money I spent remodeling would be made back and much more. He was right, my unit sold for more than any other unit ever in my complex. We've enjoyed working with agent Teresa Vendegnia in a recent home purchase during a very difficult time. (Covid 19, Mid-March thru beginning of April). She worked tirelessly to ensure that we were able to move into our home while many other business were shuttered and on lockdown. She also did all the legwork on repairs needed to the home and setup appointments various vendors to get the work done. I will use Teresa for all my future real estate needs.
