RE/MAX Mountain Valley

I contacted Jay in March about our desire to start looking at homes in the area while on vacation. After communicating and deciding on a day to schedule showings, I never heard back from him. 5-6 weeks later, I reached out to follow-up and also see if his office handles any rental properties as we are looking to extend our stay in the area. Jay responded that his wife Meredith would be in touch regarding possible rentals. It's 4 days later and I still haven't heard anything. I really wanted to do business with Re/Max as we have bought and sold several other properties through Re/Max in other areas of the country but it seems as if they aren't interested in the business.

Our Agent, Christopher Rapacz, was Professional from the first phone call! showed us multiple homes from Heber to Lakeside... always on time to meet us and show us the properties. We had several bumps in the road to get to closing and each time Chris handled it and kept our deal going forward. We not only have a new Cabin in the White Mountains, we also have a new friend in Chris!

Cyndi, was so AMAZING and very professional. She was quick to offer any assistance we needed and open to any questions and concerns we came across. She basically held our hand throughout the entire process and walked us through step by step. I would say she went above and beyond, if you need a Realtor, she should be first on your list for sure. Thank You Cyndi!!!

Tyler showed us a home in snowflake as and sent us an aplication after viewing home and then called me an hour later saying the house was no longer available. I asked what happened to the first come first serve and didn’t get an answer. They just hung up on me. Tyler was not very nice and came to meet us at the house waering street cloths. Very unprofessional. Tyler will play you for a fool.

Jay & Meredith are a pleasure to work with. We've purchased 2 properties so far, and couldn't imagine a more personable, professional team. If you're looking for a home or land in the White Mountain area, look no further.
