If you get Julie King-- RUN! This woman takes advantage of first time homebuyers and will work for the seller- so long as her and the listing agent are "Friends". She pressured me into putting in an offer before talking to my finance lady (like super high pressure), she wrote it up different than I wanted it (she had me paying closing costs, and hello first time homebuyer- didnt catch it until my finance lady did), I tried backing out the same day the seller accepted my offer and Julie told me that I had signed a legal contract, and the seller could sue me if I don't keep going on with the process (so I did), then she shared my inspection to the seller before the appraiser came so that he had time to paint over mold. All these edocs is how they get ya. Don't care to sit down in person and explain to you what you are signing, just here click a few clicks. It'd be smarter to hire a lawyer than a realtor like her. When she handed me over to Mark, he seemed much more knowledgeable and could agree to get the seller to get more done. I was already so turned off of the house by that point, I should've just threw my money into the trash. Julie was quick to pass over an entire Inspection I paid $818 for to the sellers agent. There is a reason she needs to pay zillow and realtor .com for clicks. That's how I ended up with her. If you get her seriously Don't walk , RUN AWAY!
Went through these people to start our house buying process. It was a decent experience. It started out well and we got an enthusiastic Realtor. But then as time drug on it seemed she had better things to do and we were not very important as customers. Great knowledge though from the agent.
Mark is very knowledgeable and straightforward. He helped me sell my home. Then buying a house that was being built. Mark made both transactions pretty easy
