Writing a review of this brokerage and agent Veronica Scuttari. I purchased a condo in Florida tryng to relocate from Texas. I was told in writing by Veronica that the 40-year inspection had been completed. I have owned the condo for 10 months and just got hit with a $42k special assessment for the 40 year inspection. It was not completed - had barely even been started. I confronted Veronica and she said the sellers agent told her it was. I find that hard to believe as he lives in the complex and knows the issues. This assessment has made me want to sell and I have to eat the $42k.Not sure if Veronica purposely lied to make the sale or was just incompetent. Either way I would stay away from her and her brokerage. I am filing an ethics complaint and lawsuit. Find another realtor - they are a dime a dozen in Florida

Not sure where to start but working for this company and these brokers in particular was definitely a wise career choice. As an associate who works out of the Las Olas office I will say all three offices are outstanding. The brokers have done a great job putting together top notch real estate professionals throughout all of the offices, and making this company feel like family, which certainly transcends to our clientele!

The brokerage focus is on a positive supportive culture as the main driver. At our recent awards banquet, the team closed an amazing amount of sales however the positive interaction between agents is evident and paramount. We are lucky to have non-competing brokers as the owners which the balance between agents and management leads to higher teamwork, agent referrals and closed sales. They don't take everyone and we all feel a sense of teamwork.

Re/Max First has three wonderful office locations, but this office located next to Las Olas Blvd is where I choose to do my business. The staff and administration take special care in making sure their real estate professionals AND their clients receive timely and effective support, guidance and assistance. Here you are not just a number!

Having First Title of Broward affiliated with ReMax First is an added plus.
