Our offices are very well managed giving us the support we need. Office owner and manager is never too busy and is Always There to help me when needed. Even with other offices asking me to join them instead, I cannot think of leaving. Very good people and always there to help when needed.

Mary was great in both the buying and selling aspects of our transactions. She is very experienced but still had time for all of our questions. She was very timely in getting back to us and more times than not answered the phone right away. Thank you Mary, we are glad that we found you!

I just dealt with Donna and Vanessa. One of the worst experiences in all my real estate endeavors. The images of the property on the site didn't match the actual property. The description didn't match either. Vanessa was late for the showing and showed up with her kids, which cut the showing even shorter. No one should be dealing with these amateurs. What a colossal waste of time. And no, i don't need to be more specific to your arrogant response.

Called Doug Nelson, he never answered. Finally called back months later and gave me attitude. Glad I found a better agent that helped me find a different home.

Lack of communication, assistance, and involvement during the buying process. Would not recommend.
