AVOID THIS COMPANY AND BEA WALLACE AT ALL COST! BEA WALLACE IS THE WORSE PERSON IVE ENCOUNTERED IN MY 37 YEARS ON THIS EARTH!!!! She is a very disgusting non professional human being with a side ways synthetic wig on! Initially when I met her she seemed nice and sweet! I had been in my last rental for 5 years the owner decided he wanted to sell so gave me a 60 day notice! The legal way!!!!!! Ironically Bea thought she could do the same when she and I got into it! And I ended up getting 6 months FREE RENT!!!!! I’ve never been in a situation like this in my life! But that God I’m blessed!!! When I moved in this woman swindled me out of 280!! In CASH as if she was my cousin Boo Boo off the street! She literally said she would give it back Monday ! Monday came I never saw it! Moving into 55 Seminole trail it seemed to be ok! But the carpet is messed up the upstairs toilet does not work and from what I was told from the previous renters it never did! My main issue was the back door it has a big hole which allows bugs field mice spiders snakes etc to get into the house! The hole is huge! So I call Bea to fix the issue she literally disrespected me on the phone and then says put a towel under the door!! A TOWELL IM PAYING 1800 a month and you say get PUT A TOWEL UNDER THE DOOR! I said are u crazy she then follows with “find you somewhere to stay”! And from there she gave me an unexpected 60 day notice! Frantically I go speak to the broker of remax which I don’t have his name ! But what I can tell you is I grew up in the south I have never been talked to in such a discriminatory manner in my life ! He spoke to me as if I was a despicable and he was above me because he was white and I was black! This has been the worst experience of my life! Eventually after not leaving bc legally I’m under a year lease eviction was served as it should’ve been initially if there was an ACTUAL PROBLEM! I stayed there until she filed not going to lie ! I milked 6 months free out of this situation! To be honest! She had no grounds to even give me that 60 day notice she was just being spiteful ! Like that plastic wig she wears, and I could’ve continued to pay my rent until my lease was up even the courthouse told me that! But I digress I am blessed and highly favored and just bought a new house! So thank god she did that! AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID BEA WALLACE

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! Find anywhere else. They do not care about their tenants at all! They go weeks without fixing maintenance requests no matter the importance of them. Then when you move out they will try to charge you for things a landlord should do anyways. I cleaned my house from top to bottom for 3 days, move in ready besides painting and they still tried to charge me a cleaning fee.The house was cleaner when we left than when we moved in! Avoid them at all costs.

If I could give this real estate company zero stars, I would. Backstory: My husband and I are military and we were in a panic to find a rental because we had found out two days prior that he was supposed to report to Fort Benning. First of all, the property we went with was not *AT ALL* what they advertised. It was dated and you could tell there were definitely going to be some electrical and plumbing issues down the road. Secondly, we paid the hold fee and upon move in inspection, we certainly did not want the property. We then received a call for on-post housing which we ended up with. We explained to the property manager, Hayley Hays, what happened and how we felt and politely asked for our deposit back. This was two weeks ago from writing this review. I followed up with her after the holidays and she has gone cold. No response. My husband and I have both been proactive with trying to reach her. Needless to say, do not rent from this company, check the properties before, and make sure the area you live in is safe. The area the property looked like an area that you would definitely wonder if you’d be shot in. Will forever not recommend them. Stay away, even if you’re on the waitlist for military housing.

Bea Wallace is extremely unprofessional and rude was hoping to be able to find a rental through the agency and couldn't get through a phone conversation to even organize a viewing. We just moved here from Ocean Springs , Ms. We are unfamiliar with the area and pricing in this area but to be treated like I was makes me very discouraged . Trial and error I suppose, Remax definitely isn't who to look through.

Avoid at all cost, especially if your property manager is Richard Moore. They don’t fix anything at all
