Don't know who posts these fake reviews, but I can tell you that
ReMax Management Company is just a sham. I rented a property for $3600/month that was managed by ReMax Property Management and the place was a run down disaster. Plumbing leaked and many other issues. Rob was the realtor we dealt with. He was arrogant and dismissive. We lived through many months of repairs, and any time we complained we were threatened with eviction.
I Requested information on Trulia about a house. Received an email asking me to text a person named Daniel Kim. I text the number and they ask me for my credit score and my households income. Isn’t this what an application is for? So they’re basically screening people through text. That was 4 days ago and I haven’t received a response. The house still shows available on trulia. This is so wrong in so many ways. Not professional at all.
Sharon with RE/MAX is an outstanding, hard working, trusted, friendly, amazing realtor!!! She helped us find a place to rent years ago and then also assisted us in finding the perfect starter home! She's truly the best and not only highly recommended but the only realtor we would ever think of using! If you are looking to buy or rent, please give Sharon a call. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is truly caring of your needs/wants and is always going the extra mile to ensure her clients' happiness! We couldn't be more pleased with her services.
Thank you so much Sharon for being an incredible realtor and for working with us every step of the way throughout our renting and home buying experiences! We cannot imagine starting these journeys without your help. ❤
Margie Malone is the best real estate agent ever! She was super patient with us being first time home buyers, and helped us get in a great fixer uper in Dacula! I was missing some documents from an old payroll company and they kept giving me the run around, she got in touch with the VP and got my stuff in a day! She really saved the day and goes above and beyond for her clients! Thank you!
We just moved to Georgia and were looking for a particular property to buy. We met with Kim Clayton at RE/MAX office and were impressed with professionalism, attention, and understanding of needs. We presented our vision of what we are looking and received honest feedback about the nature of real estate market here in Georgia. She gave us a very good assessment of internet resources, extend, and frequency of searches. She enrolled us in the FMLS search site with our search queries. We set it as our main source of listings coming on the market. Our advice – if you are looking for a particular place – you need to do your homework. We created additional profiles at Zillow and Trulia to supplement our main searches via FMLS site.
Prior to our active search, she advised us to look at the larger areas, to go out and see a lot of places by ourselves to get understanding and feel of what the areas are. It is important to get a feel of neighborhoods – how houses are maintained, traffic, access from main roads, quality of school districts (Zillow is good on that) and many other details that are not always listed online. When we started our active search, Kim was very efficient in arranging visits with seller agents. She was on time at every visit and provided us with insights on the place and area surroundings. We were very impressed with her openness and knowledge of the market. Finally we spotted a place that was fitting and Kim immediately arranged to see it the next day. She helped us to assess the condition of the house (as we were quite oblivious to specific details of southern houses) and set up electronic document signing to speed up the process. The very next day we signed the contract. Kim provided us with clear roadmap of major milestones of the purchase process. What we really liked that Kim was accessible over phone or email, answered our questions and concerns. She provided us with the choice of home inspectors, land surveyors, pest inspectors, and a few contractors. She arranged a few inspections based on our selections and it helped really to relieve the pressure of a due diligence lists to do. Kim guided us through the due diligence period all the way to closing and the process couldn't have been any easier. We were glad that we had Kim’s cell phone number and email and she was always available for us. Most of our communication with Kim was done by email, we had her cell phone number also and used it on occasion and found her very responsive and helpful regardless of our method of communication. My wife and I would definitely recommend Kim Clayton to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. With Kim Clayton you don't just get an agent to assist you but you get a team of RE/MAX expertise and with a wealth of resources at our fingertips. We found our home with Kim Clayton and we are convinced that you can too. We wholeheartedly recommend to Kim Clayton for your real estate needs. Anatoly
